French bank Natixis has announced the appointment of Xavier Guyard as chief executive officer of Natixis Private Banking International.
In his new Luxembourg-based role, Guyard will be responsible for development within the business.
He began his career over 30 years ago with the French Ministry of
Economy and Finance, on secondment from Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur.
For the last eight years Guyard has worked for Natixis as deputy chief executive officer of Natixis Private Banking International in Luxembourg.
In addition, Franck Teyssonnier has been appointed to replace Guyard as deputy chief executive officer of Natixis Private Banking International in Luxembourg.
Teyssonnier began his career just over two decades ago with Paribas where he was head of profit center at head office.
Ten years ago he became an associate director with SG Private Banking, and a year later helped to create subsidiary firm Ixis Private Capital.
