Deutsche Bank has announced it has appointed a trio of senior corporate finance executives to bolster the firm’s presence in North Asia.

Heidi Yang, Danny Lee and Johnson Ngie all join Germany’s largest bank from UBS.

The three new hires are specialists in equity capital markets and advisory execution, and assume their new roles with immediate effect.

Yang becomes MD and head of Corporate Advisory Group Asia, and Lee joins as a director of the Group, as does Ngie.

Yang will be directly responsible to managing director and head of Global Banking Coverage Asia Pacific, Alex Manson.

The appointments show that Deutsche Bank will continue to invest in China, according to Lee Zhang, head of Global Banking Asia Pacific.

Zhang went on to say that by adding the three new appointments to its roster, the bank was underlining its commitment to clients in the region.
