A collaborative deal between YES Bank and JP Morgan has been agreed, whereby YES Bank will offer its customers pre-paid Visa US$ travel cards.

Utilising JP Morgan’s prepaid credit card expertise, YES Bank will provide YES Bank-branded Visa US$ prepaid travel cards to its customers.

Customers of YES Bank will thereby gain a secure and convenient alternative to travellers’ cheques and foreign currency, with the processes hosted on JP Morgan’s proprietary technology platform.

Using the prepaid cards, it will be possible to withdraw local currency from cashpoints outside India, Nepal and Bhutan.

YES Bank’s president and global head of international banking, Arun Agrawal, explained that the firm has selected JP Morgan to work with due to its commitment and extensive experience in the prepaid card arena.
