French bank Crédit Agricole has announced the appointment of Christopher Underwood to the post of director of Mezzanis.
Mezzanis is the mezzanine business unit of Crédit Agricole Private Equity.
Underwood brings 13 years of industry experience to the role, starting work with SV&GM.
Nine years ago he joined the Transaction Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving as a confirmed manager and conducting tasks in financial and operational due diligence.
For the last few years he has worked in the Leverage Finance department of IXIS CIB (now Natixis) as a senior project officer.
