Kristof Macours has been appointed by the Fortis Board of Directors to serve as the firm’s new company secretary.

He will take the place of Ingrid Loos, who has held the position since the start of 2006 and is leaving the company.

Macours joined the firm 17 years ago and has held a broad range of positions within the legal department.
