USBCDC appoints Boyers as CEO and chairman

Zack Boyers has been named as the new chairman and CEO of U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation (USBCDC).

Boyers will be responsible for the overarching strategic approach of the community development team, and brings with him 14 years of tax credit investment and banking experience to the role.

In addition to this, he will be tasked with leadership of over 80 professionals at Fashion Square office at 1307 Washington Avenue.

U.S. Bancorp’s executive VP, Terrance Dolan, has praised Boyers’ dedication and commitment to USBCDC, citing the firm’s rapid recent growth from $1bn to $5bn assets under management.

Boyers has stated his intention to continue the firm’s role as an agent of positive change in areas of America subjected to difficult economic conditions.
