Russian investment bank Troika Dialog has named Paolo Zaniboni as the firm’s new head of its London office.

Zaniboni will also take up the position of head of Research, a post which will make him responsible for a broadening of the firm’s product range as well as acquiring awards from Extel Survey and RBC Rating and various international publications.

He has been with the bank for the last two years, prior to which he spent a 14 year stint with Citigroup, occupying various roles in Equity Research.

Troika Dialog’s head of Global Markets, Jacques Der Megreditchian, has stated that there is an increasing demand for high quality research and praised Zaniboni’s contribution to the firm’s research department.

He went on to add that Zaniboni would be the ideal candidate to head up Troika Dialog’s London office.
