HSBC and Troika Dialog are to increase their co-operation, with 11 open-end mutual funds managed by Troika Dialog now available via the Moscow and St Petersburg branches of HSBC.

Many of Troika Dialog’s mutual funds are now available through the Russian branches of UK banking giant HSBC, increasing the level of co-operation between the two firms who have been in a partnership since February 2009.

Head of Personal Financial Services at HSBC Russia Johan Sekora has expressed his delight at the deepening of co-operation between the two financial institutions, allowing HSBC customers access to a wider range of wealth management services.

Investors with Troika Dialog have seen better results over the last 12 months as the collective investments market improved, according to Andrei Zvezdochkin, head of Personal Investments at Troika Dialog Group.

Troika Dialog’s partnership with other institutions stretches overseas, and in September last year it indicated the intention to formalise its partnership with South African firm Standard Bank, pending approval in Russia, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
