JPMorgan Treasury Services appoints new executive

Eduardo Vergara has been appointed by JPMorgan Treasury Services to the post of global commercial card executive.

He joins the firm from American Express, where he was in charge of global product management and marketing for global commercial card.

During his career he has also held a number of posts with Bank of America, and worked for McKinsey & Co.

Vergara will assume responsibility for the daily management of the firm’s global commercial card operations.

In addition to that, Vergara is to be tasked with responsibility for the development and enactment a worldwide strategic direction for JPMorgan’s card products.

JPMorgan’s CEO of Treasury Services, Melissa Moore, has welcomed his appointment, praising his product and strategic expertise.
