Crédit Agricole has announced the appointment of Bernard Mignucci as the firm’s new SCO for Brazil.
Mignucci, who will assume the role in September, has been responsible for the leadership of the international work, beginning at Crédit Lyonnais and then, more recently, at Calyon.
Earlier in his career he garnered experience of Asia, serving as the country officer for Japan from 1994, prior to which he served as Crédit Lyonnais’ branch network head.
He first joined Crédit Lyonnais 22 years ago, working in the department of Central International Affairs and Cooperation, where he occupied a number of different positions.
Mignucci also spent 11 years in the public sector, before entering the private realm.
He has worked for the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance and the French Ministry of Industrial Redeployment and Foreign Trade.
