Both his successors are MDs, based in Sydney and will assume their new posts on 1 October of this year.
Presently Norman is head of Australian Equity Sales, and will bring more than 20 years of experience to his new post.
Selvaratnam is head of Australian Equities Research, and has worked as a managing director for Goldman Sachs Australia.
